How to verify us
- 01No clients yet, so no client results
- 02Four things you can check without us
- 03The cases where you should say no
We have no case studies yet. Here's what you can check instead.
Carrtel Solutions is new to this work. There are no published case studies on this site, no client logos, and no testimonials, because there are no clients yet. That is the entire reason, and there is no better-sounding version of it.
What is below is the list of things about this company you can verify for yourself, in an afternoon, without our help or our permission — and then a plain account of the situations where hiring us would be a mistake.
Why hire an agency with no track record?
Possibly you should not, and further down this page there is a list of the times you would be right not to. What we can offer in place of a portfolio is a company that is unusually easy to check: every price published with its scope attached, a guarantee with its exclusions printed beside it, the working terms written down before you ask — hours, scope changes, notice period, what you leave with — and a free scan that runs against your store rather than a demo we control. A case study is a claim about a past you cannot inspect. Every one of those four is a claim you can test this afternoon.

What you will not find anywhere on this site
Each of these is absent for the same reason: producing one would mean making it up.
A logo wall
We have no client logos to show. A row of grey logos is among the easiest things on a website to assemble and among the hardest for a reader to check, which is a bad combination to be on the wrong side of.
Testimonials
Nobody has said anything about our Shopify work, because nobody has bought any yet. A pull quote with a first name and a job title is worth roughly what it costs to type.
A star rating
There is nothing to average. Any number we printed here would be a claim about the one subject you have no way to verify, invented by the party it flatters.
Percentage lifts
No “+34% revenue” anywhere on this site. We have not run this work for a merchant, so there is no result to report. If an industry figure ever appears elsewhere on this site, it will carry a named source in the visible text, not in a tooltip and not nowhere.
A “trusted by” row
Nobody is trusting us with this work yet. When someone does, they will be named, they will have read the sentence before it went up, and they will be able to ask for it to come down.
Badges and awards
We hold no award for this work. Carrtel Solutions is a Shopify Partner, which means we hold a partner account and build stores on Shopify. It is not a tier, a certification, or an endorsement, and we will not draw it as a seal and let it imply one.
None of that is modesty and none of it is a positioning choice. We are not being selective, we are not quietly working with clients who prefer to stay unnamed, and there is no impressive backstory being withheld. We have not sold this work to anyone yet.
A missing case study is a reason to look harder, not to leave
The question worth asking about any vendor is not how good the evidence sounds. It is how much of it you can independently confirm.
A case study cannot be audited
The numbers come from the agency’s own analytics, chosen by the agency, covering a period you did not observe, for a store whose other changes that quarter are not listed. Even the honest ones are difficult to check from outside. The dishonest ones look identical on the page.
Everything else here can be checked today
Every price with its scope attached, a written guarantee with its exclusions printed beside it, the working terms — reply times, how a scope change is priced, notice period, what you leave with — and a scan that runs against your store rather than ours. None of it requires a call, an email address, or our cooperation. Most portfolios cannot say that about a single line.
The right move is a smaller first step, not more faith
Nothing here asks you to trust us more because we admitted something. Check the things that can be checked, then keep the first engagement small enough that being wrong about us is cheap. That is what the free scan and the credited audit are for.
Four things you can check without asking us
( 04 checks )
Each one includes how to run the check and what a dodge would look like, so the list is useful against any agency you are considering, not only against us.
- 01
Every price we charge, published
One page carries the whole ladder with durations and exclusions attached: a $750 audit, a $2,400 restoration sprint, a $7,500 store build, a $9,500 order-operations integration, a $14,000 platform migration, and retainers at $1,200 and $3,400 a month. Anything outside a fixed scope is $135 an hour, quoted and approved in writing before it starts.
Read the pricesHow to check it
Read it, then open the pricing page of any three agencies you are also considering and see how many of them let you leave with a number.
What a dodge looks like
Ranges with no top. “Starting at.” “Contact us for pricing.” A price you can only learn on a call is a price partly set by how you sounded on the call.
- 02
A free scan that runs against your store, not ours
This is the one item on the list that is a demonstration rather than a document. The Store Integrity Scan reads your storefront — not a demo store we control and quietly broke in advance. It uses only what your store already serves publicly to any browser, takes about fifteen seconds and up to half a minute on a large catalog, and needs no signup, no app install and no email before it shows you the findings. Every line quotes a number or a name it observed on your store, so each one can be checked against your own admin.
How to check it
Point it at your store. If it surfaces something real, you have your answer about whether we know where the money path breaks. If it does not, you have learned that too, and it cost you nothing.
What a dodge looks like
A “free audit” that is a form, then a call, then a PDF of generic advice with your logo placed at the top of it.
Caveat: It reads only the public half of your storefront. It cannot see your checkout settings, your app configuration, or anything behind your admin login, so a clean result is not proof that nothing is wrong — it narrows where the problem can be.
Run the free scan - 03
A written guarantee with its exclusions printed beside it
Thirty-day bug-fix warranty on project work. If we miss an agreed delivery date, you get a 25% credit toward the next engagement — a credit, not a cash refund, said in the same breath rather than in a footnote. We run a maximum of three concurrent projects, which is the reason the dates are meetable at all. The warranty and the credit exclude defects inside third-party apps, delays on your side, and platform incidents; none of those three are ours to control, so we do not price as though they are.
See the full termsHow to check it
Read the exclusions before the promise. The order matters: exclusions are what a guarantee actually is, and the promise is what is left over.
What a dodge looks like
“100% satisfaction guaranteed” with no definition of satisfaction, no stated remedy, and nothing excluded. A guarantee with no exclusions is a guarantee with no contents.
- 04
The working terms, published before you ask for them
The hours we actually overlap with you and the ones we do not, how fast we reply during an engagement, what happens when you ask for something outside the agreed scope — it is estimated in writing and only scheduled once you approve it — the access we need and how you revoke it, month-to-month retainers with 30 days notice either direction, and the list of what you are handed on the way out: the repository with its full history in your name, a runbook, the credential inventory, and thirty days of questions answered at no charge.
Read how we workHow to check it
Read the exit section first, before the pitch. An agency that has written down how you leave has thought about the part where it stops being paid, and you can hold it to the sentence later.
What a dodge looks like
Vague “we’re flexible” answers on hours and scope. Nothing in writing about who owns the code, what notice period applies, or what you receive when the engagement ends.
What that list does not prove
None of it proves we will do good work for you. It proves we can be checked, which is a smaller and different claim, and the only one we are actually making.
An agency that publishes its prices can still miss a date. A guarantee with its exclusions attached can still be a guarantee you end up needing. A scan can find a real problem and still be run by people who fix it badly. What the four checks do is make it costly for us to lie and cheap for you to find out — which is roughly the most a stranger's website can honestly offer you before any work has been done.
And the obvious point, said out loud: a case study would not have proved it either. It would have proved that something once went well for someone else.
The first-client trade, stated as a trade
We want case studies. You are the one who can supply them, which gives you leverage, and pretending otherwise would be silly.
Early clients get a rate below the published price in exchange for a named, public case study with real before-and-after numbers, and a review. That is the deal in one sentence. Everything below is the same deal with the terms spelled out, because a discount whose conditions arrive later is not a discount, it is a negotiation you have already lost.
What you get
- A rate below the published price for the engagement you book, agreed in writing before any work starts.
- The same scope, the same dates and the same guarantee that are published on the pricing page. The discount comes off the price, not out of the work.
- First call on our calendar while we are running well under our three-project limit.
What we ask for
- Permission to name you and your store.
- The before and after measurements — the actual numbers out of your own systems, not adjectives.
- Permission to publish those numbers in whichever direction they went.
- A short review in your own words, which you may decline to give if the work does not merit one.
What it costs you
- Your business name on a small company’s website, attached to a claim about your store.
- Two or three short calls at the end of the engagement to pull the numbers together properly.
- Figures your competitors can read. That cost is real, and it is the one merchants underestimate.
What we will not do
- Publish anything about you that you have not read and approved first.
- Use your store’s name in a pitch before the case study itself is agreed.
- Round a number in our favour, or re-run a measurement until it flatters us.
- Treat the discount as leverage later. If you decide at the end that you would rather not be written about, the rate you agreed still stands.
No countdown, no spots left
There is no timer on this and no number of remaining places. We run at most three projects at once, which is a capacity limit rather than a scarcity tactic, and it is the same three whether or not you happen to be reading this today.
If you would rather not be written about at all, pay the published price. Same scope, same dates, same guarantee, no case study, and we will not bring it up again. Several merchants will prefer that, and it is a perfectly good reason to pay more.
When early-client pricing ends, it will end because we have the case studies, and this page will say so.
What would make you right to say no to us
Six situations where we are the wrong choice. If one of them is yours, the honest answer is that you should stop reading and go elsewhere.
You need Shopify Plus, at enterprise scope
We do not bid that work. Enterprise programmes come with procurement, security review, service levels with financial teeth, and a bench deep enough to survive one person leaving. We have none of those. An agency built for that scope will cost you considerably more and will be worth it.
You need a design-led brand rebuild
We build stores and the order-and-tracking plumbing behind them. We are not an identity studio: no naming, no brand system, no art direction. If the reason your store underperforms is that it looks like every other store, a designer will move that number and we will not.
You need coverage in your timezone, around the clock
We are a small team in one timezone. There is genuine overlap with most of North America and Europe, and there is none at three in the morning wherever you are. Continuous coverage needs a rota, and a rota needs more people than we have. The overlap hours and the response times we actually commit to are written down.
How we work: timezones, scope, exitYou need a vendor with a ten-year track record
We do not have one, and nothing on this page changes that. If your procurement requires three references from comparable engagements, we will fail that test today. It is a sensible rule and you should keep it. Come back when we can pass it.
You want the cheapest quote
We will not be it. The prices are published, so you can establish that in about a minute without speaking to anyone, which is most of the point of publishing them.
Your store has not found demand yet
This work protects revenue that already exists. If the revenue is not there yet, there is nothing to protect, and the money is better spent finding out whether people want the product. Come back once the orders are steady enough that a broken tracking chain would hurt.
Talking a merchant out of a bad fit costs us one engagement. Taking it costs us the engagement, several weeks, and the only reputation we have. The arithmetic is not complicated, and it is the reason this section exists rather than any particular nobility on our part.
The blunt questions
( 07 )
- Isn’t “no case studies” a polite way of saying inexperienced?
- It is a plain way of saying we have published no client results, because we have no clients to publish. We are not going to answer the experience question with a résumé you cannot verify. Read the prices, read the guarantee with its exclusions, read how we work, and run the scan against your own store, then decide from those. If that is not enough for the size of engagement you had in mind, make the first one smaller: the $750 audit is credited in full against any project you book within 60 days.
- Will you use my store as a case study without asking?
- No. Nothing about your store is published without your written approval, and you read it before it goes up. That holds whether or not you took the early-client rate, and it holds after the engagement ends.
- Why not just get a few reviews together to start with?
- Because a review we arranged is not a review. Publishing one would also make every other claim on this site worth less, including the ones that are true and checkable, which is the expensive part. In Canada, where the company is registered, invented testimonials are a matter for the Competition Bureau rather than only a matter of taste.
- What happens to this page once you do have case studies?
- The case studies get added — named, with numbers the merchant has seen and approved. This page stays, because the checkable list is the argument and a case study does not replace a single item on it. If the first line still says we have none, that is current rather than stale: the last-updated stamp near the top is the one we bump.
- You say you are a Shopify Partner. What does that actually mean?
- Carrtel Solutions is a Shopify Partner. It means we hold a partner account and we build stores on Shopify. It is not a certification, not a tier, not an endorsement, and not any assessment of our work — anyone building on the platform can hold one. We mention it because it is true and you would reasonably want to know, and we leave it at that rather than printing it on a seal and letting it do work it cannot do.
- Can I check all of this without talking to you?
- Yes. Every item on the list is a page you can open right now, and one of them is a tool you can point at your own store. The scan shows its findings without an email gate. No price on this site requires a call to see.
- What is the smallest way to test us?
- Run the free scan. If it surfaces something real, book the $750 Tracking and Checkout Integrity Audit, which is credited in full against any project booked within 60 days. That is the whole ladder: a free check, then a small paid one that costs nothing if you continue, then the work itself.

The cheapest way to check us is to point us at your own store
The scan reads the public half of your storefront in about fifteen seconds, with no signup, no app install, and no email gate on the result. It is the only item on this page that argues for us by doing something rather than by saying something.
