We automated ourselves first
Carrtel started as an automation team building for itself. Our own operation runs AI-heavy by design: the phone line is answered by our AI receptionist, missed calls trigger our own text-back, follow-ups and invoice reminders run on the same automations in our catalog, and the business is steered from a dashboard we built.
That's the filter for everything we sell: if an automation isn't good enough to run our own company on, it doesn't go in the catalog. And it's why we work with Calgary service businesses specifically — trades, clinics, salons, shops — where a missed call is a lost job and the fix has to work on day one, not after a six-month IT project.
