One problem, wearing two costumes.
A missed call and an order stuck between a store and a warehouse are the same failure: information that needed to move, and did not, because moving it depended on a person being free at the time.
Carrtel closes those gaps — on the calls and follow-up side for local service businesses, and on the store and orders side for people selling online. Neither is fixed by working harder, which is why hiring more rarely solves it. Both sides are set out on one page: Shopify stores and business automation.

Rules that cost nothing are decoration. Each of these rules out something we would otherwise be free to do.
Say the smaller true thing
It is easy to write that a system answers every call. It is accurate to write that it answers the calls you are too busy to take. The second survives a bad week; the first invites the one review that disproves it.
Look before quoting
A firm price needs a clear list of what is being done, so the work starts with working that out. You keep it whether or not anything follows.
Build things you can leave with
The code and the admin accounts in your name, changes you can read before they go live, and notes written for whoever comes next. Building in lock-in is a business model, not a service.
Show the work as it is
The design portfolio is ten storefront concepts we designed and built ourselves, each one a working shop, and every card says what it is. The work is presented as what it is and judged on that.
